µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø (µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø Consultants) headquartered in Laval, Quebec, is delivering advanced engineering simulation services to Marshall Land Systems as part of the Logistics Vehicle Modernization (LVM) programme, led by General Dynamics Land Systems–Canada (GDLS-Canada) and Marshall Land Systems.

This collaboration supports the Government of Canada’s recent initiatives to strengthen domestic defence-industrial capacity, including investments announced in December 2025 in support of a forthcoming Defence Industrial Strategy, and directly contributes to .

Under the mission-module scope, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø (µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø) applies structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and complementary simulation methods to design and certify modules against demanding military standards. These interchangeable 10- and 20-foot mission modules mount to a common chassis, enabling scalable capability across the fleet.

Our work covers a wide range of operational load cases, from static lifting and transportation to dynamic rail-impact scenarios, ensuring robust, efficient designs and smoother certification. By validating performance early through simulation, we help reduce prototype cycles, minimise risk, and accelerate deployment readiness for the Canadian Armed Forces’ new logistics vehicles.

Eric Ryan, Senior Project Engineer at Marshall Land Systems states, ”by integrating simulation early in the process, µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø (µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø consultants) enables faster design validation and greater confidence in real-world performance—critical for a flagship defense programme like LVM.“

Why µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø :

  • Deep simulation expertise : Advanced Structural, thermal, vibration, and electromagnetic analyses to de-risk design decisions early.
  • Certification support : Analysis Methods aligned with relevant defence standards and mission load profiles.
  • Technology + enablement : As part of µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø since 2024, we combine consulting with implementation and training for industry-leading engineering simulation software

Security & Compliance

µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø is registered in the Government of Canada’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP), authorising us to examine, possess, and transfer controlled goods and technical data required for defence projects.

Programme Context

The Government of Canada named the Power Team—GDLS-Canada and Marshall Land Systems—the preferred bidder in January 2024. In May 2024, . Marshall Land Systems modules will be produced in Canada, including at its Moncton, New Brunswick facility.
