Vanessa began her career in Haiti with over 17 years of leadership experience gained in the banking industry, while holding positions ranging from entry level front-line roles to the Director level. She has extensive experience in administration, customer experience and process development.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. Passionate by leadership development, she completed in May 2022, a certification in leadership coaching.

Vanessa moved to Quebec in 2020. Before joining µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø, she has worked for Relief, Le chemin de la santé mentale.
